Perfect Pickle is DPC’s annual fundraising event, where we challenge local chefs to produce the ultimate pickle. Jars of these small-batch pickles are auctioned at the event, with proceeds benefiting the organization’s educational initiatives. Last year’s inaugural Perfect Pickle raised over $4K, had 300+ attendees and was featured in The Oregonian and KGW’s “Live at 7.”
