Dill Pickles seek a designer for 2010 brochure

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ///
DILL PICKLE CLUB 2010 FIELD TRIP BROCHURE ///

In 2010, the Dill Pickle Club will embark on a series of six field trips with the theme Forgotten Histories, examining overlooked aspects of Oregon’s past. Trips include walking, bike and bus trips to Chinatown, Eastern Oregon, the Columbia Gorge and more. The organization seeks a designer to create a fun, simple tri-fold brochure designed to inform members and the general public about our programs. We will coordinate printing and folding; all that’s required is a few hours of design work. The brochure will be distributed for free in coffee shops, bookstores and venues throughout Portland.

Interested designers should submit any and/ or all of the following:
- Website of your work
- Example(s) of your work
- A paragraph describing why you are interested in this opportunity
- The best way to contact you

The selected applicant will get $50, a free year-long membership ($50 value), free admission on one trip, and featured on our Website. The Dill Pickle Club is a volunteer-run organization with no institutional support.

E-mail proposals, inquiries or questions to e-mail: ask@dillpickleclub.com by no later than April 1. Thanks.
